Czy spotkaliście się kiedyś z takim problemem? Dlaczego to wygląda tak?

załączasz captche (tak wnioskuję, nie korzystałem z tego w praktyce) i być może masz coś ze stylami pomieszane. Coś może się gryzie, coś nadpisałeś. Powodów tej sytuacji mogę wymyślać mnóstwo.
