Zmiana linków .htaccess ?

Witam wszystkich!

Jak zmienić nieaktualne linki na aktualne i aktywne linki:

index.php?request=372 na zarzadzanie.html
index.php?request=263 na marketing.html
index.php?request=225 na nasza-firma.html
index.php?request=113 na kontakt.html

gdy uruchomie nieaktualny link to mam komunikat:
Not Found
The requested URL /index.php was not found on this server.

kombinuję z Redirect i Rewriterule np.
RewriteRule http://www.mojastrona.pl/zarzadzanie.html http://www.mojastrona.pl/index.php?request=372 [L]
ale nie działa.

Tylko please nie wysyłajcie mi linków do poradników bo przerobiłem ich już kilkanaście i nic
