Witam! Mam problem z bannerem, który powinien być w stałym miejscu, ale w przeglądarce chrome pływa po stronie, jeżeli zjeżdżamy scrollem w dół. Firefox i IE nie ma takiego problemu.

Nie widzę w pliku źródłowym np. oferta.html takiego kodu?

Właśnie sprawdziłem plik bezpośrednio na serwerze poprzez prawe kliknięcie myszy i zbadanie elementu i taki kod widzę, ale nie mam pojęcia jak go wyrzucić, skoro w pliku źródłowym na dysku tego nie ma?

Sprawdz w pliku index. Treść podstron masz dołączaną. W ogóle to w czym to pisałeś bo to istna tragedia jest, strona prosta, powinna być na kilku divach oparta a tu tyle tego wszystkiego, że chaos się robi.

Z #prvFrame2 pousuwaj width i height:

W arkuszu css dopisz height na 100% wtedy zniknie pionowy pasek przewijania, jeśli zawartość strony nie przekracza okna przeglądarki
